ACC Player of the Week!

The big time player of the week is from the Atlantic Coast Conference. For the week of ⅔ , this honor is awarded to freshman Vernon Carey Jr. In the game against Syracuse, Vernon had a tremendous game. He put up 26 points, 17 rebounds, and secured a big conference win for Duke. Vernon came into college ranked the number six player in the country. He is also predicted to go first round in the 2020 NBA Draft. As of right now, on the draft board, Vernon is projected to be the fourteenth pick in the first round.
